Ways to monetize your blog

There are so many ways you can make money online but remember that it takes time to make money even online. It is not a get rich overnight technique. If you have a great website and want to make money from it or are not making as you want to, try these methods.


#1 SOCIAL MEDIA:

Social Media sites like Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, Tumblr, and Linkedln are good ways to build your online community. You can use it to drive traffic to your site and keep your audience updated with promos, products, articles and events. Encourage your readers to share your post with friends and followers. This is an effective means of monitizing your blog or website.

#2 USE YOUR SITE AS A PORTFOLIO:
A good way to market yourself is through your site. You might not get the chance to meet pontential customers but with a good porfolio on your site other investors and Entrepreneurs can see the quality of your work. Give a little description of yourself, your  products, your customers testimonials. 


#3 BE A GUEST WRITER:
Find a website that is very popular an has a hugh ton of traffic, then offer to write for free for that website or blog. This will help drive traffic to your site.

#4 BE GENEROUS
Give something away like an interesting ebook, software or even an ipad. You can do a promo to get your audience captivate. Arrange an e-ticket for your viewers to buy. As soon as you have gotten enough sales for your tickets you can hold a raffle and annouce the winner. But you have to be fair.

#5 TEACH
Being a public speaker in your field goes a long way in helping you succeed as a professional in your field. When your audience like the way you handle topics they will pay to learn from you.

#6 BE A CONSULTANT
If you are good at what you do, then be a consultant, have a toll free number that people can call you on. Set your rates and offer consultant services on your website for a fee.

#7 PAY PER CLICK (PPC)

The amount of money you make per click is dependant on the Ad's cost per click (CPC). This pay per click (PPC) method works wells usually for sites with large traffic. When visitors on your site click on your links you get paid, and Cost Per Click (CPC) means when a company places an Ad on a site, they are charged per click (visitor's clicks)on their links. Examples of Pay Per Click (PPC) and Cost Per Click (CPC) are Google Adsense, Chikita and VigLink
